What does The Primary OT do and how can you help my child?

Fine Motor Skills

Fine motor skills such as cutting, writing, and manipulating fasteners are crucial for independence at home and in the community.

Visual Perceptual and Motor Skills

Visual perception and motor skills impact so much of a child's learning. Skill deficits in this area are addressed to help kids be able to succeed with important tasks.

Emotional Regulation

Navigating emotions can be tricky especially when a child has delayed executive skills or doesn't understand their body sensations.

OT in the Home!

The Primary OT comes to you at your home or preferred environment!  Kids do well with learning and generalizing skills in a familiar environment and this saves families from needing to commute to a clinic and wait for their child to finish therapy.

Currently The Primary OT will travel within a 15 mile radius of Flemington, NJ.  Click on the e-mail button below today to see if I am in your area!
